Solid multivitamin with actual immune support, not just a sprinkle of vitamin C and marketing. The B-vitamin doses are generous so expect highlighter-yellow pee (totally normal, it's the riboflavin). Learned to take it with a real meal, on an empty stomach it sat heavy. With breakfast, zero issues.
