1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revivex website, online store, affiliate program, and mobile app (together, the "Services"), operated by Revivex Health & Wellness ("Revivex," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@revivex.store if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you place an order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm and ship it. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any amount already charged.
• Payments are processed securely by our commerce provider (Shopify) and its payment processors. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timelines and any order-specific terms are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. If something arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you have any issue with an order, contact us at support@revivex.store and we will work with you to make it right, including replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Not medical advice

Revivex products and content provide general wellness information only. They are not medical advice, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 6. Affiliate program

Participation in the Revivex affiliate program is subject to our approval and to these Terms. Affiliates must describe Revivex products accurately, must not make health claims beyond our published materials, and must disclose their affiliate relationship as required by law. We may adjust commissions for returned or fraudulent orders and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate program rules.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping at scale, interfering with service operation, uploading malicious code, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Services and their content — including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, product formulations, and software — are owned by Revivex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revivex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to the Services or these Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and material changes may also be announced on the Services. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of your state of residence to the extent required, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
